This time was easy! The last purchase, I couldn't print from my iPhone and hadn't chosen the email option. After many calls to speak to the manger, Gam, I still was wasn't able to get a refund or the certificate. She was to get back to me, which never happened. I finally called my credit card company. Still waiting to get it straightened out. In the meantime, I ordered another certificate to replace the initial as a Xmas gift. It's not nice to keep a life's one waiting. They do give great massages!!!
